The meeting was called to order at 7:36 MST.

June will retire WBØWDU (a second Club call) that was acquired in the eighties.

The Annual Financials were read and approved .

In the month of February two (2) new members: David (KCØHMR) and Jason (KCØURN) were added, Welcome!

Insurance for the repeaters will be reviewed by the Technical Committee.

Acker Consulting has donated a UPS for the computer at the CAP building.
