The Monthly Board Meeting of Western Colorado Amateur Radio Club was held at Starvin Arvins in Fruita Colorado  on March 11, 2004 at 7pm in the evening.


The topic of the meeting was the proposed amendment to the Club Bylaws concerning Family and Youth Memberships.  It was decided that Larry WØAJ would write up another proposal to be sent to all members.  (NOTE: By now members should have received this new paperwork')

After a lively discussion, the meeting was adjourned.  The next monthly club meeting will be April 1, 2004 at the CAP Building at 7:30pm. The proposed meeting at that time will be on IRLP.
