WCARC BOARD MEETING at WØAJ - 1930

Attendees: Al Acker, Bob and June Nickels, Bill LeBaron, Bill Eads, Larry Ball

Treasurer’s report: Total cash available - $1023.17

Expected expenses - 1600.

Thus we need fund raising efforts. The spring and fall yard sales will be very important. Other ideas included an auction and a tail-gate sale with a fee.

Several dues payments were received, but a number of regular members have not yet paid

Black Ridge Priorities:

1. Reconfigure the MSR 2000
2. Install new ground system
3. Install new tower –Rohn –25 sections are being obtained
4. Set up voted receivers in the area

Consider setting up incentives to attract new youth members.

Newsletter – Need to prepare as HTML and printable versions so we can mail to all members. NØNHQ will continue as editor, WØMTK can help publish. Many thanks from the club to both members for their assistance.
