The meeting was called to order by NØMOR, John our President.

There were 12 other Club Members in attendance.

Discussion was conducted on the upcoming ARRL Section Manager meeting. Jeff Ryan will visit and conduct the meeting. Four dates were discussed and it was decided that Jeff should make a choice on which date best suited him. We will await hearing on his decision.

There was NO old business to discuss.

New Business:

It was decided that the signature of the President was not required for check signing inasmuch as we already had more authorized signature than needed and that the President was scheduled out of town for over two months.

May’s meeting will be held on Fox Hunts.

The Annual Picnic was discussed and it was decided that the General Membership should decide whether we have one and when and where it would be held.

KDØNL and NØMOR will visit Black Ridge to re-measure for the ceiling replacement.

The Tower project requires KØUK, Bill to be contacted for assistance and KØDU for back hoe contacts.

Denis Campbell has a Fox to donate or buy that could be used for the Fox Hunts.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 pm and the RACES /ARES meeting commenced.
