^{The meeting was called to order by NØMOR, John at 7:06 PM.}

^{WA4HND, KBØSNI, NØMOR, KØFCK, NØLER and KDØNL were in attendance.}

^{The WCARC Picnic was discussed and scheduled for the 1st Thursday in September. It was discussed that possibly the GMRA group was to be invited due to the poor turnout from the last Picnic and that most of the members in WCARC are also members in GMRA.}

^{The Treasurers report concluded that we have $1966.15 and in the check book $1483.28.}

^{ARES meeting scheduled for August 12th . Al WA4HND will obtain the meeting place to be announced at a later date.}

^{The post office box will be placed in June’s name (NØLER).}

^{We will be clearing out the member list and eliminating names that do not pay dues and/or participate.}

^{The next Board meeting is scheduled for August 10th at Kannah Creek Restaurant on 12th street in Grand Junction.}

^{The meeting was adjourned at 7:19 P.M.}
