The board meeting of WCARC was called to order at 7:30 pm at the Starvin Arvin restaurant in Fruita with the following board members and 2 guests present: Al Acker, president, Bob Nickels, VP, June Nickels, Treasurer, Jim Lucas, Trustee. Gary Smith and Eldon Vore guests.

Al reported that as soon as the tone card for 94 comes in, which will cost about $45.00, it will fixed and ready to use.

Highway cleanup is June 15^th and the board set the time at 8:00am to 10:00am. It has been to hot to start at 10:00am. Bob and June Nickels will have the bags and vests at exit 15.

Since the next meeting is July 4^th the board decided there will be no meeting in July.
