Meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm

NØLER, KBØSNI, NØMOR, NØFCK, KDØNL were the Board members present, and WA4HND and Doris Hart were guests.

Old Business: The FoxBox is up and running on 146.55, however it may be programmed to operate on any 2 meter frequency. There will be a mock Fox Hunt the evening of the picnic (September 7^th).

New Business: Nominating Committee will meet September 6th at Good Pastures at the GMRA luncheon to nominate candidates for elected offices of WCARC.

WA4HND advised the Board that there will be some ancillary expenses required for the Black Ridge site in the near future.

The Board Meeting was adjourned at 8:07 pm.
