The August Board Meeting of WCARC was held at Starvin' Arvin's in Fruita, 
August 12, at 7:30 pm.

The Highway Cleanup problem was discussed and rather than give up the 
program, Larry Ball will volunteer to organize the cleanup and get people to 
help.

IRLP is going forward. Donations are still coming in and we should be able 
to get the materials needed very soon.

It has been a long time since the By-Laws have been re-typed and cleaned up. 
Larry has volunteered to do the typing and June will get them printed.

The Annual September Picnic will be held at Lincoln Park on September 2, 
2004 at the Gazebo. All Hams in the Valley and their families are invited. 
We will gather about 5:00pm and eat at 6pm. Bring all the good home cookin' 
and remember a bag of chips or buns do not qualify as a covered dish.
