The president Al Acker called to board meeting to order. Secretary had several announcements.

The picnic on Sept. 7th had a turn out of 19 people. Those who came had a good time.

The trustees will get together and present a slate of officers at th next regular meeting.

The Treasurer will present a budget for the year 2003.

No other business. The meeting was adjourned.
