<sup>NØMOR, NØLER, NØFCK, WA4HND, KDØNL, KBØSNI, were the Officers present and WBØMWA, NØQVS and Doris Hart attended as guests.

WA4HND volunteered to present program for January meeting and KØSX will make presentation in January.

NØMOR will make Insurance claim for the UHF receiver at 94 site that was subjected to water damage. NØLER to provide Insurance policy and claim forms.

Al moved to order NEW batteries for 94 and that they be sealed and that they would cost approximately $100 each X 3 or $300. It was seconded by KBØSNI. Motion carried.

NØLER gave Treasurers report and reported $1551.03 in the combined accounts for the club.

Al suggested that we ask for ideas from the club members on the voting ballots what type of programs the membership would like to see in the upcoming months. The ballots will have space provided for them.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:59 pm.
