The board of WCARC was called to order by Al Acker with the following officers present: Kendall, Eldon, June, Bill and 1 guest,  Bob Nickels.

Even though we have not used the trailer we need to license it since it is on private property.

Since June Nickels has been the treasurer for the past 2 years the board needs to give their approval for her to be on the ballot for another year. Motion by Bill seconded by Al we approve the nomination. Carried.

The Christmas party will be at the CAP on December 8, starting at 7:00pm. Bring something to eat and share with others. Coffee and punch will be furnished as well as table service. Voting will take place after we eat, to elect the new officers for next year.

There is a special program starting at 8:pm or shortly after. You will want to see and hear this.

The meeting was adjourned about 8:15pm.
