Meeting commenced at 07:38 Local Time

KBØSNI (Henry Duzenbury) brought up Kendall Kreiling N8ZK with regard to his position as Trustee.  It was not known by anyone present his current situation and availability due to his busy work and personal schedule.  He has also been dropped off the member list, having not paid 2005 membership dues.

At the last Board meeting Al Acker (WA4HND) was nominated for Trustee for the Black Ridge Users Group, inasmuch as there was NO quorum present, he was again nominated by KBØSNI, seconded by NØMOR and unanimous by all present.

No other business was discussed.  The incoming President, NØMOR, John Radloff attended the meeting, also NØQVS, Harry.

The meeting was adjourned at 07:53.
